Small Firms Loan

If you have been unsuccessful securing finance through conventional channels, then talk to us about arranging the Small Firms Loan Guarantee on your behalf, which is available to small and medium sized businesses through the Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform.

Under the scheme, we arrange the Loan Guarantees to businesses in conjunction with advancing asset based or property finance to companies who have a viable proposal but, due to a lack of track record, have failed to obtain finance.

In general, eligible companies must be UK-based with an annual turnover of no more than £5.6 million. The guarantee covers 75% of the outstanding loan. We arrange loans between £25,001 and £250,000, available for periods between two and 10 years.
